These are terms and conditions governing access to the website and any sub domains (the Site). By accepting these terms and conditions and/or using this Site, you agree to comply with terms and conditions of E-Trader Online Pvt. Ltd.
Purchases and sales using this site are considered to be legal agreements. Therefore, usage of this Site is only available for users of 18 and over capable of legal agreements. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or withdrawn by Jungle.lk. If you are registering as a business entity, you are deemed have authority to represent the said business entity. No person or business entity may register as a member of the Site more than once.

When registering for an account at Jungle.lk, you are automatically allowed to buy and sell products/services in most categories. Some categories are only available to business entities and specialists for legal, health and safety reasons. We may at any time suspend part or all of the account temporarily or permanently if our terms and conditions have been breached.
All prices and details of products and services will be visible to buyers before a purchase is made. Shipping charges if applicable will also be visible prior to completion of checkout. Buyers are also able to negotiate prices if the seller allows that facility. All invoices and delivery information will be in the My Account area of buyers.
Orders are processed based on information provided. We ask buyers to make sure information is accurate to avoid delays. Jungle.lk will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to inaccurate information from buyers.
All sellers have the facility to create new items or become another seller to existing items. Sellers are responsible for accuracy of all listed items, prices, inventory and delivery information. All items listed for sale must be in stock. If stock levels are 0 seller details will not be visible to buyers.
Sellers are responsible to deliver items on time or have them ready for Jungle.lk couriers within the timescales given to buyers.
Jungle.lk is an online marketplace platform allowing sale and purchase of goods/services between end users. Setting up an account with us is completely FREE and you are able to browse, bid (negotiate), buy and list products/services as a seller without any costs.
Fees are only applicable to a seller after a sale has been made, classified advertisements and featured listings specifically requested. Before you list an item for sale through the Site, we request you to review the fee table. We may amend fees from time to time with immediate effect by posting the changes on the Site. Seller must pay all applicable fees (including applicable taxes and charges) due to Jungle.lk after a successful sale. All invoices for fees must be paid within 30 days if there are insufficient funds in your account with Jungle.lk. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees. In a case where the buyer does not complete the transaction, the seller may request a refund of fees by submitting an online request. In most cases a refund may be applied automatically.

Sellers and buyers are encouraged to use our web based emailing and communication system at all times. This will allow us to assist if there is a dispute and protect all parties where necessary.
All communication with Jungle.lk admin, sellers and buyers are logged and visible in My Account area of the Site. We randomly monitor communication to make sure buyers, sellers and Jungle.lk admin comply with terms and conditions. In rare occasions messages may be edited to remove inappropriate language or text before transmission to the receiver.
Jungle.lk will use text messaging as a form of communication where required. At present text message communication is only limited to numbers registered in Sri Lanka.
Products and services on Jungle.lk are sold by third parties. The seller is required to explicitly state warranty conditions and/or limitations prior to purchase. This means enforcement of warranty conditions will be the responsibility of the seller. Jungle.lk does not provide warranties or will not be liable for any consequential losses. However, we monitor conduct of sellers in this area and take action against them if warranties specified are not honoured repeatedly.
Compilation of Site content is exclusively copyrighted to Jungle.lk and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws.
All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property and copyright of Jungle.lk, its users, its content providers and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and/or other intellectual property rights and laws.
In order to make sure Jungle.lk is a safe and trusted marketplace, all users of the Site are encouraged report inappropriate listings, any abuse of user agreements, intellectual property breaches and laws. This will allow us to take appropriate action where necessary. Reporting of abuse for registered users can be done through their My Account area. Unregistered users can report abuse using Contact Us area.
These terms & conditions and all other user agreements on Jungle.lk are subjected to laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Decisions made within the legal jurisdiction are considered final.
